This photo was taken at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio as I took my wife Erica to the #1 gastro Dr in the country. For years, she has struggled with gut health issues. Diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and other allergies to dairy, nuts, soy, eggs, and fish, Erica couldn't really eat anything without her belly bloating and in pain. We hoped this trip would help us better understand how to help her issues.
They sent us away with ANOTHER diagnosis. EOE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis), an inflammatory disease that comes from - you guessed it - food. Finally, with much research and testing, she is doing much better.
